Humanistic Psychotherapy
Person Centered Approach
"Life, at its best, is a flowing, changing process in which nothing is fixed."

Considering psychotherapy?
The session is based on listening that centers on you — your concerns and your present difficulties. With the security of a companion by your side, you will
-
move toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world,
-
connect more directly with your emotions and understand how they influence your decisions and actions,
-
allow new ways of being to emerge, for greater ease in your relationships.

The form of dialogue we will establish allows for free expression, without judgment, and at your own pace, so you can come as close as possible to who you truly are.
I welcome you in your individuality and in your wholeness — beyond simply "managing" symptoms. Humanistic therapy tends toward a deeper connection with one's core values and a greater acceptance of oneself.

Some words about me
Trained in the Person-Centered Approach, I offer you my presence and my full attention as a therapist and counselor.
Before this training, I worked in large companies on transformation and change management programs. My work led me to adapt to cultures in Africa and Asia, and I spent several years in Russia and Bulgaria. I love diversity and stepping into a world unknown to me.
A "bump in the road" forced me to deeply question my values and my way of living. It was at that moment that an initial training in humanistic Jungian psychology showed me the way out of the crisis.
For the past 10 years, I have also cultivated a meditation and yoga practice to ground myself in reality and the present moment.
This whole journey allows me to reconnect with my first experience as a young adult: for one year, I worked at the front desk at an organization for people struggling with addiction.
